Formats:

If you will change password in Discord or X, your token will die

Do not forget to enter the /setup command after installing the monitor and turn on the monitor by pressing the ON button
After restarting the monitors by the developers, be sure to delete the old monitor and create a new one, otherwise the bot will not respond to your commands

To setup your discord monitor you need:
Discord token
Proxy
Discord channel link ( 1 or more )
How to get discord token?
Go to Discord homepage and login
Press CTRL + SHIFT + I
Go to the "Network"
In the "Filter" field, enter the word "api" and reload the page
Find "Science" in the sheet that opens and click on it
Go to the "Headers"
Opposite the "authorization" header is your token
You can also use another acc token, but make sure that the server and channel you need are present on that account
How to get Channel Link?
Go to the channel you need to monitor
Right-click
Copy Link
You will get link like:

You need to copy this part and put into monitor:
1011245631882395729/1011300332288081942
Twitter (X) :
To setup your Twitter (X) monitor you need:
Auth token
Proxy
Profile username
How to find X auth token?
Go to X home page
Press CTRL + SHIFT + I
Select Application
Press ''Cookies''
Then https://twitter....
Opposite the "auth_token" is your auth token
Other
You also can edit channel`s name and delete it in channel settings
